Product Description

Monofilament Extrusion Line is designed to develop monofilaments using PP, PA, HDPE and PET. This creates products such as agricultural net, building net, shade net, fishing net, safety net, fishing line, etc. The raw materials are carefully fed into the extruder from the hopper to make it pass through three sections by the motor and gear reducer. The monofilament is cooled by a strong cooling water tank. This Monofilament Extrusion Line is provided with pneumatic press rollers that ensure no slippage of monofilament during the stretching step.
